Eddy Wellness is a growing multi-service practice for adolescents and adults that need help to overcome obstacles and challenges to their overall wellbeing. Our providers have years of experience treating patients and while we may have grown in size, we still provide the same intimate, personal, and excellent service as always. We take great pride in providing our community with high-quality, patient-centric care and health education. We are staffed by a team of highly skilled professionals help you.

Renee Eddy
Renee is the founder of Eddy Wellness and a faculty member at The Center for Excellence in EMDR Therapy. She has over 15 years of experience guiding adults on their healing journeys, and teaching other practitioners how to use EMDR in their practice.
Over time, she realized adults, women especially, were tired of feeling held back by their past. They wanted a safe space where they could feel happier and more fulfilled — without waiting months for results.
That’s why she founded Eddy Wellness, a safe space for women to tackle the root of their pain. Joined by her all-women team of licensed professionals, Eddy Wellness helps women online and in her seaside Connecticut office leave each session feeling lighter and more empowered.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Reiki Master, and EMDR Consultant-in-Training, I work with an array of people along their healing and growing journeys. My passion is helping people heal from trauma throughout the lifespan, navigate transitions, and thrive in the lives they want to live.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with fifteen years of experience, I specialize in helping adults and individuals get their life back on track whether you have suffered a loss, trauma, or are experiencing a life transition.
